Processing Time / Delivery

After completing your purchase, you will receive an order confirmation email. As each nail set is made according to order, with love and care, please allow five days minimum for the nails to be made and 1 to 2 weeks for shipping (depending on where you're based). This processing time will begin once I receive your nail sizes. Once your order is shipped, you will receive your tracking details. Please be mindful that this processing time is an estimate as I may be creating orders for multiple customers and do not have a team to help fulfil them.

Standard Domestic Shipping: $12

Express Domestic Shipping: $16

I only ship orders within Australia and do not offer international shipping at this time.

Refund / Exchange policy

I do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges due to health/sanitary reasons. I know online shopping can be exciting and I am just as excited for you to receive your dream nails. Keeping this in mind, please make sure you double-check your order and personal information.

• I am not liable for allergic reactions or nail damage from products/tools. If you are uncomfortable using the provided application kits you may branch out and use your preferred press-on techniques. Reminder, this may change the amount of time your nails last.
